Content supports general learning, organization, and preparedness and is not individualized financial planning, legal, tax, insurance, investment, lending, mortgage, credit-repair, debt-settlement, accounting, or other regulated professional service.

The complete 30-day program is designed around Discover, Understand, Prepare, and Decide, with four educational checkpoints and a downloadable Financial Preparedness Workbook. Any paid offer must identify the completed deliverables, price, access period, delivery schedule, support, cancellation, refunds, and customer agreement before payment.

Learning Program purchase
Established monthly prices are $99 for Essential, $199 for Plus, and $299 for Premier. Established annual prices are $950.40, $1,910.40, and $2,870.40 respectively. Monthly access renews until canceled. Annual access is a one-time twelve-month purchase with no automatic renewal. Checkout requires affirmative, non-prechecked acceptance of applicable recurring and policy terms.

Program and member access
Each Learning Program includes the identified curriculum, digital materials, downloadable workbook and worksheets, applicable physical learning materials, member-area access, learning tools, and Curriculum Support associated with the selected level. Access lasts through the applicable paid monthly period or the purchased twelve-month annual period.

The Support the Mission page describes a development initiative and future vision. Online mission-support payments are not collected through this website today. Any future sponsorship, crowdfunding, or other support opportunity must identify the current recipient entity, purpose, terms, refund conditions, and tax status. Payments to the current company are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Members and other users must provide accurate information, protect account access, review the applicable offer and refund terms before purchase, use curriculum lawfully, decide independently whether to investigate an outside provider, and contact customer care promptly if paid access is not received.

Courses, books, tools, trademarks, worksheets, audio, video, and downloads are licensed for the stated educational use and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Curriculum Support
Essential, Plus, and Premier each include one Complimentary Curriculum Support session per month. It is educational support focused on identified Financial Learning Cafe material. It is not debt settlement, debt negotiation, credit repair, legal representation, tax advice, investment advice, financial planning, loan brokerage, creditor representation, or another regulated service. Premier priority scheduling does not increase the monthly session limit.

We do not promise debt elimination or reduction, credit improvement, funding, approval, savings, income, business performance, legal results, or other outcomes. We do not submit applications, handle learner funds, negotiate accounts, access financial accounts, or represent learners before creditors, collectors, reporting companies, lenders, or other providers.

When appropriate and only with consumer permission, Financial Learning Cafe may introduce a learner to an independent resource or provider the learner chooses to investigate. Purchasing education does not guarantee an introduction, eligibility, acceptance, approval, pricing, savings, or a result. Final authorization, privacy, compensation, and disclosure procedures require appropriate professional review before use.

Independent providers
Independent professionals and providers determine their own eligibility, decisions, prices, terms, agreements, disclosures, administration, transactions, servicing, qualifications, conduct, and services. Membership does not require the use of a provider. Provider-specific account, claim, underwriting, negotiation, transaction, or contract questions belong with that provider. Any compensated relationship must be separately disclosed as required.

Access may be suspended for unlawful use, account sharing, redistribution, security abuse, or a failed or unpaid recurring charge. Reasonable curriculum updates and maintenance may occur without changing essential purchased access rights.

Professional review
Customer agreements, recurring-billing authorizations, privacy and provider-introduction disclosures, refund and cancellation terms, and regulated-services boundaries are applied according to the actual offer and applicable requirements. To the extent permitted by law, decisions made after studying general educational content remain the learner’s responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
