Sessions stay connected to identified Financial Learning Cafe material. Members may use fictional, redacted, or non-sensitive examples and should never send passwords, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or account credentials.

Your monthly office-hours rhythm
Essential, Plus, and Premier members each receive one Complimentary Curriculum Support session per month, subject to the duration, request window, scheduling, and availability terms provided with membership. Premier may receive priority scheduling, but no level includes more than one session per month.
Educational forms and documentation
Financial Learning Cafe may provide educational examples, worksheets, checklists, organizational tools, and templates. Curriculum Support may explain the purpose, fields, or educational use of those materials.
