Our commitment
Effective July 29, 2026. This policy applies unless a product page gives the customer more favorable terms. It does not reduce any rights required by law.
A purchaser may request a refund within seven calendar days of the $997 purchase if less than 20% of the companion course has been completed, no substantial or restricted included materials have been downloaded, and the complimentary curriculum-support session has not been used.
Standalone downloadable books, worksheets, audio files, and other immediately delivered digital products are final once download access is provided, except when required by law, the customer was charged twice, or the delivered file is defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.
Verified duplicate charges are refunded. If purchased access is not delivered, contact us promptly; we will restore access or issue a refund when delivery cannot be completed.
Email hello@financiallearningcafe.com within the applicable period with the purchaser name, order email, product, purchase date, and reason, or call 330-883-5308 for assistance. We acknowledge requests within two business days and send the decision to the order email.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. The bank or card issuer controls when the account readiness appears after submission. We do not issue cash, check, or refund to a different payment method.
FIN LEARN CAFE may appear on the card statement. If a charge is unfamiliar or access is missing, contact customer care promptly so we can identify the order and address the issue.
