Cancellation Policy
How cancellation, future charges, access, and refunds work for monthly and annual Essential, Plus, and Premier Learning Programs.

Monthly renewal and annual access are clearly separated.
Monthly Program Access automatically renews each month until canceled. Cancellation stops future monthly billing, and access continues through the end of the applicable paid monthly period. Annual Program Access is a one-time purchase for twelve months and does not automatically renew.
Operational cancellation policy
The cancellation process matches the selected billing option.
Customers may cancel through available account functionality or by contacting Customer Support. A cancellation request does not itself create a refund; the Refund Policy controls refund eligibility.
How to cancel monthly access
Use available account cancellation functionality or contact Financial Learning Cafe Customer Support by email or telephone. Retain the confirmation for your records.
Effect of monthly cancellation
Cancellation prevents future monthly charges. The customer retains access through the end of the monthly period already paid for.
Annual purchase
Annual Program Access is purchased once and provides twelve months of access. It does not automatically renew, so there is no future automatic annual charge to cancel.
Annual access period
Access continues through the purchased twelve-month period unless an approved refund or applicable law requires otherwise. A new annual period requires a new affirmative purchase.
Refund relationship
Cancellation and refund eligibility are different questions. The Refund Policy controls whether any paid amount is returned.
Confirmation
Financial Learning Cafe provides a cancellation acknowledgment or confirmation and retains the related customer-service record.
