How Financial Learning Cafe, Inc. collects, uses, and safeguards information shared through this website.
Our commitment
Effective August 31, 2026. This policy applies to Financial Learning Cafe, Inc. website visits, learning, preparedness activities, inquiries, enrollments, purchases, optional provider-introduction requests, and digital learning experiences. Payment-card data will be handled by the selected payment processor rather than stored directly by Financial Learning Cafe. Final processor-specific and provider-introduction data flows will be added before those features are activated.
We may collect contact details, messages, order and enrollment records, course-access activity, preparedness-workflow activity, partnership or support-inquiry information, device and usage data, and information you voluntarily provide. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, complete account numbers, consumer reports, or complete financial statements through ordinary email or website forms.
To complete transactions, deliver educational access and materials, send receipts and service messages, support the 30-day learning sequence, respond to learning, partnership, or support inquiries, provide requested Curriculum Support, improve the site, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
Financial Learning Cafe will not treat an educational inquiry or purchase as automatic permission to refer or share information. If a learner asks to investigate an independent provider, the authorization process must identify what information would be shared, with whom, for what purpose, and how the learner may decline. Independent providers have their own privacy practices and responsibilities. Final authorization language and data flows require legal and privacy review before use.
Payment information is processed by the selected third-party payment provider and is not stored directly by Financial Learning Cafe, Inc. Hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, course-delivery, fulfillment, and payment providers may process limited information to perform their services. Financial Learning Cafe does not sell personal information as part of its educational Learning Programs. Any compensated introduction or data-sharing arrangement must be separately disclosed as required.
Enrollment, authorization, policy acknowledgment, delivery, access, email, download, support, cancellation, refund, provider-introduction, and communication records may be retained for business, claim, security, tax, and legal purposes. Financial Learning Cafe should collect only information reasonably needed for the stated purpose. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.
You may unsubscribe from marketing, decline an independent-provider introduction, and request access, correction, or deletion, subject to transaction-record, authorization, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.
